TCT provided cost estimating consulting services to Mott MacDonald for the DC Water Reservoir Expansion and 10 MG Concrete Underground Tank Replacement study.

TCT advised on cost considerations for three options: the rehabilitation or reconstruction in place of the existing 10 MG underground tank, and the development of a new reservoir solution at Dalecarlia Reservoir in Washington, DC.
