NJEDA Health Agriculture and Taxation New State Office Buildings

In partnership with the New Jersey Department of the Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC), the EDA proceeded with the site due diligence and design development for two new state office buildings in the City of Trenton to replace three existing obsolete buildings: Health, Agriculture, and Taxation.

TCT provided cost estimating and reconciliation services for the design and construction of two new State office buildings to house New Jersey’s Departments of Health and Agriculture. The project entailed the design and construction of the new buildings, replacement parking, associated site improvements, demolition of the existing Health and Agriculture buildings, and potentially the demolition of the existing building on Lot 7.
