SUNY Plattsburgh Parking Lots and Kehoe Road Reconstruction

TCT provided cost estimates at the SD, DM, and Pre-Bid stages for the reconstruction of the Banks, Yokum, Kehoe, Angel Parking Lots, and Kehoe Road. These lots are also known as Parking Lots 27, 9, 10, and 28.

The project scope included the removal and reconstruction of existing asphalt, curbs, and concrete sidewalks and the replacement of storm water conveyance piping and structures. Further, it also included the installation of new subsurface storm water infiltration chambers, the ADA compliant walkways and ramps, new site lighting, and new electric vehicle charging stations. The existing pavement surface was removed, and a new stone subbase and asphalt layers were installed. Existing manholes and drainage structures were repaired or replaced as needed.
